People are facing problems regarding the registration form due to language barrier . I request the authority to please provide registration form in atleast local languages i.e bangla and hindi so that people can easily understand the instructions and do necessaries accordingly . I also request the authority to arrange someone to manage those who are not comfortable in english but want to get benefited by Columbia asia ‚one of the best multi-speciality health care facility provider as you claim .
