Columbia Asia Hospital — misbehaviour by two staffs

My wife pratima sardar admitted in 6th floor bed no 602b, dr ranbir chowdhury allowed us for bringing fruit from outside but when we came with fruit at hospital lift area then one lady and one men (Asuth) together misbehave with us and brought out from the lift with insulting and threatning language and then incuding my son trying to convienced of your two staffs that doctor allowed us with fruit, but they sent to us to a counter staff and counter staff also shows his almighty power and said that he will talk later. The incident ocurred at 3:30 pm on 6th november 2018. Please take necessary steps against this peaople as far as possible.
