Columbia Asia Hospital — Mismanagement & ill behavior with the patient | |||
Patient Name : Mrs Paramita Chakraborty Doctors Name : Dr Mukesh Vijay Date of Appointment : 17/05/2021 We had a very bad experience at Columbia Asia Hospital. My wife is ill and we visited the hospital since we had an appointment with Dr. Mukesh Vijay at 2 PM. We had been sitting at the hospital for 3-4 hours after which the staff informed that the doctor won't be coming and that we need to go home. We were shocked to hear that because in this covid crisis, my wife and I are both senior citizens and my wife being ill we had drove to such distance and had been sitting for so long at the hospital. On asking at the reception, the hospital staff were very rude and said that they cannot do anything if the doctor didn't come. They didn't care to inform that he wasn't even coming and didn't want to return the money either. After lot of argument they returned the money and got into a call with the doctor who said go to some other Hospital/doctor. This is the pathetic experience we had at Columbia Asia.
