Primary essential patient vitals not taken while admission
Manipulation of basic bp readings - mentioned in front of doctor even without checking.
Non availability of basic support instruments - commode chair and walker
No nursing staff was deployed on duty on the floor site no 2 where my patient was admitted.
Non availability of medicines in hospital and was told to me that i have to arrange for the same.
Wrong medication was administered instead of giving neuro medicine thyroid medicine was given and when asked nurse told that names are quite similar.
