Columbia Asia Hospital — not providing doctors visiting card | |||||
My wife (Ruchi jha. Hospital# hebl-000c169929) got admitted to columbia asia hospital - hebbal hospital on 13-mar-2018. There were multiple doctors treated her including dr. Mahesh mylarappa and dr mohammed zahid yergatti in hospital. I have medical insurance with medi assist insurance company. But due to delay in claim processing by hospital/insurance company, i have paid amount (Rs 17155) to hospital. Later i have claimed this money to my insurance company for reimbursement. Now my insurance company is asking me to get visiting card of doctor dr. Mahesh mylarappa and dr mohammed zahid yergatti. But columbia asia hospital is denied to give me visiting card of these two doctors. I have approached multiple department/people in hospital but they are not ready to share the visiting card of these two doctors. I spoke to mrs. Shalini (Hod of hr), mrs, savitha (Insurance help desk person of hospital). Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
