Columbia Asia Hospital — not sending scan reports & charging for car parking for 5 minutes when one goes to collect the report

A brainscan was done for my wife's head ache problem at your yeshwantpur hospital on 30.09.2017. Patient. I. D.. Yesh -[protected]. Accession no.. 4034498. Had requested for scan report to be sent by e-mail.
Even as of compliaining now (04.10.2017, 6.00 p. M) have not received the mail. When collecting the report on 02.10.2017, at 1.00 p. M i reminded them about their not e-mailing the report. Person at the counter took my e-mail id & promised to send it in an hours time. I am still to receive the same.
Further car parking should not be charged (Rs 40/-) for 5 minutes of parking when one goes to collect the reports. Otherwise doctors & others were really great & courteous.
