Dear sir,
I was admitted in your esteemed hospital last week and made a deposit. As per my previous experience, what other hospitals are followed is whatever the payment is made initially is refunded when the patient apply for medical insurance. But unfortunately you counter staff was not ready to do that. I was admitted in emergency initially, and before getting admitted to icu, they have done ecg, ct scan etc and billed and collected the full payment. They were not ready to transfer the expenses to medical insurance. As per my previous experience in other hospitals they were including all the expenses in the medical insurance starting from the time the patient is reported in emergency.
Also, when i got discharged, they told us that there is shortage of cash hence they are unable to do the refund and this can be collected during the next visit. But when i visited next tie, they told that the amount we deposited will in my account for future use. But on thursday (02 january 2020) while approaching the reception they told me that my account is with zero balance.
I didn't expect this kind of an action from your esteemed organization.
