I hereby wish to dispose my displeasure in the pace at which my post-termination compensation guaranteed as per laws enacted to enforce the same, is not being disbursed within a reasonable frame of time.As per precedents in the law and the law itself it is mandated by principle to make terms and conditions for termination of employment at the beginning of joining the organisation. It is desirable that such discourse be limited to within the framework of generally accepted principals for doing the same and not to some high held moral ground for termination of service. I was terminated in a unethical and unprofessional manner, for reasons unknown to me and I am afraid it will remain so for some time.
