Columbia Asia Hospital — wrong medicine given by medical shop palam vihar gurgaon hospital

Hi team,

I am a registered patient of this hospital. I was into urlogical treatment. My doctor has prescribed me urifast 100 mg for 5 days 2 times daily. But medical shop person provided me martifur 100 mg. Since the salt was same, he didnot told me to check with doctor once. I took this medicine for 5 days but was not completely fine. I told my doctor about this case on 5th day. He said that if the medical shop boy prescribed you this, it should have been taken 3 times daily as its affect is slow. Neither boy told to contact doctor. Now i have to recontinue my medicine again for 3 more days due to carelessness of mwdical shop boy.

This is totally not encoouraged by your team at thw cost of my health.
