Comesum — Buoght Veg Biryani from Mathura and it was completely rotten on Jun5

I bough the food from cumsum as take ways at 9 PM on June 5.
I ordered 1 veg biryani and 1 dal chawal to catch my train# 12626 .
When I open up the veg biryani after 30 mins of purchase in train, it smells so bad then I started eating because I did not have other arrangment for food when I tasted that veg biryani and it taste so bad and inedible (feels like rotten).
I called their customer service on June 6 and provided them the prof of payment by my paytm account (thank God I paid them online).
