I have paid for an upgrade to Prime Gold Plan which showed me the amount as 4, 424 but the amount that is deducted from my account is 8, 318.
Have raised complaint multiple times and attached the screenshots from the bank and the invoice they have shared. They are simply closing the ticket without refunding saying that they haven't received the excess amount. Was this information helpful? |
