Community Matrimony — I Have Subscribed the Plan but unable to see profile photo | |||||
My sister (ID- DUS114106) has subscribed to the INR 1500 plan for the community matrimony on 20th September 2021 before the confirmation of the service representative Mohit- [protected] (Chat & Receipt Attached) but we are unable to see a profile picture of the groom after several try we connect to their customer care when we asked about the issue their response is very pathetic. indirectly they said we cannot help you. we request a refund for this because they do not want to help us.
