Practically nothing has moved. Let me start saying that I regret choosing CompaniesInn to incorporate my company. 1. My first issue is that you guys didn't do a basic check on the name that I suggested before filing the name application. I am sure you would have figured out upfront that there is a chance that the name may not be approved. I expected you guys to be knowledgeable on this topic. But I was proved wrong. 2. The person who is handling my account is highly unprofessional. I sent her an email 2 days back asking for an opinion regarding the names that I like to propose. She DID NOT BOTHER to reply. I have to say that I am disappointed. I have read various reviews about your company on the Internet. Still I decided to go with you only because of the responsiveness I got from you and Hemanth. Hemanth followed up regularly till I paid you. After that none of you bothered. Now I went back and did a lot more research on the Internet about your company and found more and more scarier experiences. To be honest, I am not at all comfortable at this point. Any business is ultimately about providing the best experience to its customers. And you guys simply are pathetic at it. If there is a money back policy, I would immediately jump and encash it. I copied you on the email as a measure of escalation. Obviously it worked and I received two emails from Shankari this morning. I thought things are getting better and I was on the verge of replying to her mails with more information with the intention of moving forward. At that time comes your email. It would be rated among the most arrogant and insensitive communication any customer could receive from his vendor/service provider. Just because of your email I am cancelling my order with immediate effect. I now understand where the lack of professionalism stems from! I guess you might have gotten a digital signature in my name. I would like to collect it and all the documents that I submitted. Since I am traveling and out of India, I will send someone to collect them from your office in the next 3-4 days. I paid an amount of Rs. 10, 000/= towards the 50% advance payment. I am not asking for a refund. You Keep it! Since I have your permission to feel pissed off, I continue to do the same.
