Compare DTH — Payment failure | |||||
I have ordered for tata sky on 02/4/16 with online payment of Rs. 1799/- and got connected on 03/04/16 (on sunday). On 03 Apr your compare dth denied for recharge and agreed for money refund, so I got recharge through those technician who came for connection. After that I call up your compare dth on 26 apr and asked for the refund that agreed on 03 Apr 16 and the reply was an option whether I would like to take on refund to my account or with recharge in my tata sky account. I opted for recharge and you agreed for recharge for an amount of Rs. 1571/-. Again I call up on 29 Apr 16 asking for the recharge, that too after lots of phone call, I got replied that there is no option for refund or any recharge and the phone call was cut off. After that I have been trying to talk but now you are not picking up my calls. So now tell me, should I go for RTI or consumer court for fraud. Or will you return my money. Reply me soon, other wise I am going to up RTI against your company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
