I have tried calling their customer care number. Either the call is disconnected halfway or there will be no response at all. Based on one of your executives call & explanation of a special offer on DISH TV from your website. I bought a Dish Tv connection on 20-11-18 via online payment of Rs 3300 from your website. (I have attached the Payment receipt) Prior to purchase of connection it was explained to me that, the connection comes with a HD+ settop back & 12 month free subscription for 165+ channels. I got connection on 20th Nov 2018. But now after about a month. I am getting reminder from Dish TV saying that the balance is about to get over & to recharge before the connection is disconnected. On complaining to their customer service they told me that, they didn't say any of the above. So, now I have asked for the recording of their call in which we had a conversation about the subscription. I would advice all other consumers to avoid this Fraud DTH company. And directly get their connection from reputed DTH companies.
I am also attaching the screenshot of my subscription pack payment receipt.
