Complaining Abt Mohit Sharma Nd Neeraj Sharma — their negligence lead to death of a 2yr old healthy male labrador

Whosoever concerned authorities r reading this i wish to tell them that i gave my cute healthy labrador for adoption to the above mentioned demons nd within a month my dog is dead. I gave my dog to them on 21 sept 2019 nd he was dead by 22 oct 2019. I wanna justice for that poor voiceless baby. Want to punish these demons.
Plz help🙏🙏. I don't know how to go for it nd wat r d rules which can lead to max punishment.
