100 Bestbuy — Online Fraud Business

Hi,

From my Email, I responded & online submiteed Rs.249/- thru www.100bestbuy.com to purchase a Wrist Watch dated 04.11.2011.
It was supposed to deliver the materials within 7-10 days of payment.
Since then I followed up several times over phone, email but didn't received any concrete answer for shipment status.
Each & every time they assured me that that shipment will be made by next 2-3 days. Also told that despatch done & but didn't give any consignment details for the shipment,

FROM THEIR BEHAVIOUR IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE A FRAUD AGENCY. AND COLLECTING MONEY FROM SO MANY PEOPLES IN GIVING FAKE COMMITMENT.

CLAIMING RS.249/- TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY AS THEY ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY.
REQUESTING TO LOOK INTO THE MATER SO THAT THEY CAN STOP CHEATING.

I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Nokia C5-03 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 8500. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. then after sometime i sent a mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details and i also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks

I ordered MP3 player, Kuber kunji and leather belt from 100 bestbuy.com. I got a call from 100bestbuy.com, they told to me to pay online to get the product. Then i paid online and i got my order number and again they called me and told that i will get my products within 5-6 days.
After 8 days i got my product. I liked Kuber kunji and leather belt but not MP3 player because it didn't work properly. Again i called to 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product they will send another MP3 player. After 10 days i got one good MP3 Player with gift and no need to pay any extra charges. This time MP3 player is good and it works properly

I purchase couple watch from 100bestbuy.com and pay online and got that product within 5 days through courier but when i received the product i saw that the watch do not works properly, then i call 100bestbuy customer care and they told me to return the product to our address and after receiving the product we will send you new one . Then i courier the product to their address and after 10 days i got my replace product. This time the product is really awesome and original, the site facilities are good as well as their delivery. If you have any problem, you can call to customer care. I think they will help you.

100 Bestbuy — product not received for order no. 7664116

Sir, for my order no. 7664116,the product RALPH LAUREN (RL POLO) Blue-T shirt with white logo not at received from 100bestbuy.com, even after so many time of enquiry. Simply they are regreting for the inconviniance caused.
Please look into the matter matter, as I ordered the product in the month of Dec-12 itself
