Respected Sir / Madam, 100 best buy Ref no :- 7158207 ; Id : 3765 First Flight Ref no :- LF0479724 This is to inform you that I have won an American Company's I - POD with sony's headset through a contest but they delivered me a local I - POD with ordinary headset of SINGH UNIVERSAL through First Flight courier service. When I call to the customer service there was no response. Now, Either I want the refund or replace the duplicate product with the product which I was promise to get.
