[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — product delivered is fake

THESE FAKE ONLINE SHOPPING SITES SHOULD BE PUNISHED OR FINED

I got the call from a site 100bestbuy.com saying that i had won a Sony iPod of e-series along with a 4GB memory card, but after 7days i got my product but the delivered item do not even belong by sony.so the product is not the one which they told. it was "COD" and i had paid 700 rupees for that ordinary ipod which do not even have the memory card and do not even play the song.
it seems to be a product worth rs 100. so i took the action towards 100bestbuy.com and they promised me, Return that faulty product back to us, we will replace that with good product, even they said that within 3days they will dispatch my product, i though to get back my money but wen i got again my product back it was good quality.any how im happy with is fast servies

I have got a mail from 100besbuy.com stating that i have won an ipod .When i saw the mail i registered online without knowing that they will delievr they called me and started asking me 700 rupees saying that i have got a courier and forced me to pay money.I have paid 699 and received a fake mp3 player which is not at all an ipod and with a damaged earphone and usb.I would like to lodge a complaint against these cheaters who are selling fake products and forcing the customer to pay for it.I need my 699 rupees back.Noone is picking up the phone and noone is returing my money.Kindly lodge a complaint against them and i want my refund as soon as possible.

I participate one kind of contest which was playing through 100bestbuy.Com just rs.199 for so many product.So I apply for one cannon digital camera 8mgp for that made payment 5 times of worth rs 199 and end of month my haven't selected for lucky draw the i called the to revert my money will back on my account then they told to me we will give for that one gift and one Armani sun glass to you so i said OK just send me if ill like the ill keep here else ill send to you back they will agree for that then after 3-4 days i got that product and i saw that its good looking and good quality also. 100bestbuy.com is absolutely a cheater. They have taken money from me of Rs. 870 - one is for a product saree and another one is for a contest of Nokia Lumia. I sent no. of mail after not getting the product though they have promised me that they will deliver the product after 7-10 days and they will let me know the result of the contest within a month. But nothing happened and now they have stopped responding of my mail what I am sending everyday. All the phone lines are fake, I have not received any product after a month. I want to lodge a strong complaint against them and asking for returning my money. Order no. said in the net is invalid. Though they have responded my first 2-3 mails but that was absolute lie.

Not getting mobile or my money

Already i given complaint about this online shopping site. But nothing response from any side.i will get it or not...Please help me
