Respected Sir/Madam, This is to put under your kind notice that i was promised to get american ipod with sony headset but when i received the product ,i was very diissapointed to see that i was given some local company's ipod and headset(singh) through first flight courier service. I will be highly obliged if you can replace my product with the one that i was promised to get or refund my money.
