I cited the complaint in details below. 1st Customer Details :100BESTBUY.COM-ILLA2CD12055,Payment Id[protected],Purchase of casual shirt-Through C.C.Avenues on dtd.18/12/2012 online paid Rs.399/-. Cheat me didn't send any product. 2ndly for Merchant Website 100bestbuy.com through Merchant Reference No.7756758 & EBS Payment ID 13369148 from my VISA DEBIT CARD Paid additional RS.300/- for a Product,Cheat me disn't send the product. 3rdly Customer Details :WWW100BESTBUYCOM 0050E878A,Payment Id[protected],In place of all above product for Reya Dress-Through IBIBO on dtd.06/01/2013 online paid additional Rs.101/-. Cheat me didn't send Reya Dress. Total I have paid Rs.800/-, but 100bestbuy silent to my 20nos. of mail & my mobile call.Also I have written about the HARRASHMENT & CHEATING by 100bestbuy in CUSTOMERS REVIEW column.I heard about you from one ICICIBank staff who got a justice by you & his case was solved. In 3 phases I have paid Rs.800/- for product from 100bestbuy as they didn't send rather requested me to take another one. About 3 months passed unable to get the product. I have sent many e-mails, but no responds. The details I am citing below. Please help me.
