I nitin jain booked a ticket through goibibo with airline:g8/itvo7a and my date of travel was 18th july 2016 @6:20 pm by goair from delhi to pune. I reached the airport with my wife at 4:30 pm to ensure i complete the travel formalities. When i reached the goair travel desk to issue me a boarding pass, i was surprised to know that my ticket is auto cancelled. Never heard to something like auto cancelled, i enquired with their senior most official of goair and they fetched the system and told me that goibibo has not paid the airline that is why it is auto cancelled. Goibibo — Voucher cancel on time but goibibo didn't cancel

I have booked one single room in Suncity hotel Dubai on 18/07/2016, In the booking voucher of Goibibo it's clearly mention free cancellation between 17/07/2016 2pm to 18/07/2016 2pm. I was continuously mailing them to cancel it on 17/07/2016 but i didn't get any reply from them.
I am attaching my voucher copy and my mails screenshots in which you can see time.
Still i didn't get any reply from them for cancellation or not. Please check my query. If you have any question for me please contact +971525788405.

Goibibo — Refund & cancellation

My booking id is hy616q and from last 4 hours i have been cordinating with goibibo team for cancellation and refund, as i asked for the refund in other bank account or in gocash mode. Poonam executive in goibibo team committed me that if i provide noc from bank then refund is possible in other bank account but bank said there is no issue to them but they can not give noc in written as it is not required... Now goibibo team is saying refund is possible in same bank account only from which payment was made and not even in gocash also... You people are harassing me since morning and poonam is not even...

Cancellation charges = loosing complete flight ticket cost, irrespective of how many days before the scheduled flight, you call up.

If you cancel flight tickets, complete payment made is lost, even without using the service. neither the terms and conditions states this nor the website gives you a clear idea of why there is this complete amount deduction.

I booked room from goibibo but when i reached hotel they said no room available than i called to goibibo for the concern then he canceled the booking and refund initiated but till now no refund credited then i called back then they say your booking was confirmed but you did no go there .

Goibibo — Cancellation of bus

I (animesh) have book the ticket for tirupati from bangalore through goibibo.com in manish traveler. as ticket timing was 11 pm (11th july 2016) once i reach the anand rao circle from where the bus will depart but it came i surprise as manish travel person told me that the bus is already departed at 10 pm, when i ask them that the timing is 11 pm they told me to go and talk to ibibo person, you have not book from manish travellers agent.

I was standing helpless on bus stand at 11 pm with no one (goibibo and manish travellers) to support.

I have paid rs. 12, 825/- via net banking

Goibibo sent me mail about refund of rs. 3, 570/-

I don't understand why those people deducted rs. 9, 255 from booking amount

I have called to there helpline as well, but the executive not able to answer my queries

I had missed my flight (jet airways) on saturday due to heavy rains and had re-scheduled the same on sun 26-jun, on 25-jun immediately i had booked my ticket in airport at jet airways.
I had requested for refund, however i got a reply from go ibibo as below, i got an bifurcation given for refund was more than the amount of ticket that was booked, ticket booked amount was 11300/- and below bifurcation i recd

I had booked a domestic ticket i. e from kolkata to delhi and delhi to kolkata and when i booked this ticket it was shown as refunded ticket.
Somehow my plan got cancelled and i couln't travel and i cancelled the ticket before hand only.
The amount they have refunded me is just rs. 496 out of payment of 7007 and now they are saying that we have deducted this charge and thta charge and all.
My question is then y the hell are they showing refundable when the ticket is booked.

I was supposed to take the flight yesterday from amsterdam to london (Ba-423) and then london-new delhi (Ai-162). However, when i reached the airport yesterday early morning at 5am to check in for my first flight, i was told by the airline that they can not let me fly since i don't have the requisite transit visa to change flights in london.
I was forced to make another booking on the spot (Since my schengen visa was expiring the same day and i had to travel on 25th itself) with jet airways flight 9w-233 which cost me rs.32, 434.

We were travelling by spicejet to New Delhi from Bangkok on 20th June night. Our flight was at 5.10 Am. After submitting the luggage and collecting the boarding passes, we asked the lady at the checkin counter who has given us the boarding passes about other formalities. She replied that every thing is done now, you dont have to do any thing and you have to report at bording gate maximum by 4.55 AM.

My complaint to the company:

1. I understand that you have a have mentioned that non related couples may not be allowed in some of the hotels while they would be welcomed in others. How would a customer be sure that the hotel he/she is checking into follows what policy?

Don’t you think that it is Go ibibo’s responsibility that before accepting the payment it should make sure that the customer will be allowed to check in into that particular hotel or not?

Or does the customer comes to know about the same only when he is standing with his/her...

i am having 4 bookings in hotel heavans park booked through goibibo.com on 18th june 2016
i received the confirmation voucher immediately saying that your booking is confirmed and there is no need to call hotel for confirmation
now suddenly on 21st june 2016 they mailed me that all those 4 booking they cant provide as “ Hotel Heavens Park, Bilaspur ” has not been updating its inventory which resulted in a missed booking.

I Booked a FLIGHT Today from SRINAGAR TO CHANDIGARH while booking fare without checkin baggage was different and with baggage was different and i chose fare with baggage by paying full amount but i received email from airline stating it is without check in baggage and i reconfirmed it from goibibo they said it is with baggage but they confirmed from airline and later they said it is without baggage...Now it is complete harassment for me and they are saying it is technical issue and whose fault is it??i am gonna file a harassment case...

Goibibo.com — Aborting of ticket without traveler's consent

I booked a ticket from goibibo on 1june2015 for my travel scheduled on 14nov2015 from delhi to bangalore.

Money was deducted from my account. But ticket was aborted on its own without any information to traveler. A day before date of travel, when i talked to customer_care_team and raised the concern, they tried to sell same flight ticket at more than double price to me (4148 to 9000 rs.).

I had to book instant ticket (Cheapest option available among portal) at rs. 8344. Fault of goibibo has caused this loss to me, i want to recover my money.

On 16th may booked for two nights at silver oaks coorg through goibibo recived a confirmation also on booking, 4 hours before journey i called the hotel only to be told that there no rooms available, the call centre gave me sub standard options and want be to pay then only which was not possible as i was travelling by train by then

Had to spend more money and time looking for accommodation in coorg...

Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Non refund of flight cancellation amount

I had booked flight from Jaipur to bangalore. The flight was cancelled by the airlines air costa and I was told I will get a full refund.
I have called the call centre 4 times regarding this. They give me different answers every time. Sometimes it's 24-48hrs, 5-7 days and now 44-90 days. Then they say airline has refunded the money but our backend team is working on it.
They won't even give me in written the amount to be refunded and last date till in should wait for the refund.
Really bad customer service from goibibo. I should not have to call 4 times for one issue....
