[Resolved]  FLY /Mobile — VERY UNSATISFIED with SERVICE CENTRE

Dear Sir

This is to be inform you that I have purchased a handset of FLY LX-500 on 10-04-08 but it's Keys are not working properly I have deposit my handset to the service centre (Suri Telecom, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092) as on 23.10.08 vide TAG No. 119 but till today there is no response from the customer care .I have gone many times to service centre but repetedly they say that AAJ SHAAM KO AA JAYEGA HEAD OFFICE GAYA HUA HAI. Several times I called them but the answer is always same. I just want to know, if you have no service for the same then please exchange my handset with a new set .The problem will get resolve automatically.But the process that service centre is doing is not efficient to the customer it is harashment of customer .This fullfills dissatisfaction in customer which cause whole of the market.
Please do the needful & revert me on the following no.

Several times I called them but the answer is always same. I just want to know, if you have no service for the same then please exchange my handset with a new set .The problem will get resolve automatically. I have been buy Fly make hand set Model FLY V100 vide Bill no[protected] on dated 01/10/2008 since last one month the display get faulty and can't see any more in display I have call to your deeler wher I have buy but he is not responding and also not able to give the service center info in Delhi.
Kindly help me how I could to repair the same (Note: it is some manufect defect LCD is not broken or damaged only back lite comes of LCD)

I am very sad to say that My Fly mobile handset Model No. SX225 whose imei no. is[protected] is not working properly, & it is in warrenty period.when I went to service center then the service man sayed that there is an I.C. Problem in handset & I have to pay Rs.700/- for this. The sarvice man in Muzaffarpur service center which is in motijheel have no manner how to talk with customer.
Therefore I request you to solve my problem.
Kindly treat is as urgent.

Fly LX500 — Mobile display

I have Fly mobile model no-LX500, i like very much but past two days the mobile display has not working , my mobile is slide type, so whenever we open that slide the display will work but now the display has not working and while slide closed the lights will close on normal but now even close time also all lights are working . so what i want to do please tell me where should i show for service my mobile.

FLY/SX390 — DISSATISFIED ON SERVICE

I am reapeatedly going to FLY service centre named ACCEC FRONTILINE LTD, Plot No.444, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar , Orissa for trhee time within seven days. Every time they are refused me for my mobile servicing and saying that we have not time for you.

You are hereby requested Sir, kindly look into the matter peersonally & necessary action may please be taken within 7 days, otherwise I will go through under legal procedure.
