[Resolved]  Nokia (5220 Music Express) — Continuous Software Problem from the of purchasing of Nokia 5220

i too purchased n faced these problems... but once i understood the mobile n its functioning ... i m not facing any problem... the mobile come with low processor so u shud allow it to complete one function before moving to some other, because it cancels that operation or conflicts with new command... thou it still remain with problem of low processing to the money they ask for...

i agree to this complaint. i have bought the cell just two months back. its really producing lots of software problems. it gets switched off very often. i am not able to set my own profile and its not accepting the settings that i make. ringtone is not audible. it gets hanged very often. it doesn't seem to be a software problem but it seem like a problem that this model mobile has. so replacement would be the better option.

Hi all.i Bought this PIECE OF 1st of march for my fried.So i dint use it much.Same day when i filled up the 1 Gb memory card upto 600mb phone started restarting frequently.This s not even worth a penny..I read some articles n it says all Nokia 5220 XpressMusic is faulty...

Even I am using NOK 5220 Xpress Music From Last Month...& seriously it Hangs a Lot...I dont know what needs to be done...

Automatically it switched offf...nad Switch on again.

Is there any one to helps us

have Purchased latest model of nokia 5220 Music express.but from the date of purchasing i had lot of problems in my mobile. While playing the music player plays its hanged and then Automatically switched off and it restarts itself. and Even profile tones are changed automatically to default sometimes.I contact the Nokia Care .they said the software has corrupted and same has to changed/updated. But after 10 days same problem starts continuing . what to do sir every body is facing same problem... sir my.

i bought this fone on dec 2008.i also have the same problemes face by others who bought this fone.I didn't expect such a bad product from a market leader like nokia.I am very much frustrated using this fone.In future i never use nokia products.are u?

my unit (5220 Nokia Express Music) automatically turns off and when I try turning it on again, it turns off automatically only after a few seconds. Hoping that you could help me.

I am facing lots of problem by purchasing this "Nokia 5220" mobile.
Problem:
Bettry runs for very short tieme and i have to recharge again and again.
Mobile switch off during talking again and again.
Spicker is not working clearly its sound is very bed comper to other music addition nokia phone.
Starting problem, it takes longer time to open the mobile searching even phone book names.
other lots of problem.

Nokia 5220 — Service Issue

Dear Sir,



This is to inform you that I m using noika 5220 mobile phone.
I have subbmit it to your service centerin march starting for hanging problem from ther it has been send to delhi it took one month to come back frm there & atlast when I reived it. But it was in worst conditation then again I subbmit it to ur Aryans Commuication Lucknow
date 10April2009 Job Sheet Number[protected]/090410/21.



Now Again it is send to ur head service Center at delhi. Then I lunch my complain to ur Customer Care Regarding this, they provide me one complain number 2:3xDPT3 & inform me that I Will recived my mobile in good conditation before 28 April from Aryans Communication.



Today When i contact them they told me that they have not recived my mobile from head office so contact after 7 days.



I m sorry to say that I not recived my mobile within 3 days I m force to go to Consumer form court to help my self.



So I request you to pls. provide me My Mobile In Good Condition & now I dont want my repaired mobile I Want it replacement.



Pls. Do the needful in this matter ASAP.

I have Purchased latest model of nokia 5220 Music express on 10.09.2008, but from the date of purchasing i had A lot of problems in my mobile.swich on the my phone and display contact service and off and have flash the phone still give contact services and went off, these my phone seria number (353662/01/613675/6)and model number nokia 5220 pls do help.
