I Had taken a loan of 9 lakhs through personal loans, mortgage loan to settle my entire amount for registration of land at coimbatore. I am cheated badly. No registration has taken place. I have also got into depression. what is the government doing ???

I have booked a plot in new jeruslam eden city. they have promised to return the cash before 1 year, their office is closed. after contacting management they said Fredrick has looted all the cash ane he has settled in his life.

After promising to pay the cheques in time these bloody people vanished from their office. They are not responding on telephones. Mobiles are switched off. Landline is unattended. i have deposited Rs 50,000 as a external funding partner. They promised me to be a privileged partner who would be receiving after 30 day of the deposit of 50,000 Rupees a sum of 10,000 per month through post dated cheques for 12 months and thereafter 25,000 rupees per month for next two months. The first cheque was cleared and sum of Rupees 10,000 was credited in my account. There after no cheque has been cleared. On call it was told that your next payment would me made in cash from our office in chennai porur branch and that you should come to the office after 11'O clock in the afternoon. There were around hundreds of people standing outside the office of Real King Marketing India P Ltd. Their account no is ICICI A/C No.[protected]. Is there anybody who can resolve this issue. I am a salaried person and I know that I have lost my past three years of savings to these greedy cheater of mankind. Till yesterday their office was attended by the receptionist stating to visit office on 30 Dec 2009 after 11'O clock for the collection of invested fund and see today they are vanished.......

Tomorrow, Jan 6th, Wednesday morning 11am, all the JBJ customers are meeting the Commissioner of Police. Those in Bangalore if possible please make it to the Commissioner's office.

yes.. wht u said its true.. I am not investing anything in JBJ but my office is near by In JBJ office. So I say many tiime police will come for solving a problems.. one day peaple started to destroy the building...

It is a very sad development. Most of you would have invested after seeing attractive TV advt featuring leading film personalities. You all should take those Advt models also to task.

Most of the cheating has taken place in Tamilnadu. Please request the police officer at Chennai to shift Justin from Bangalore jail to Chennai. Normally, these kind of large scale frauds cannot take place without the connivance of political and regulatory folks as they smell the money trail very easily and take a share in that. Basic guiding principle can be that what people see in the media needs to be genuine in every aspect- eg If an ad shows doctor endorsing a product, the doctor has to be a genuine accredited doctor with Medical council and that in actual life he/she should be using that product. Same is the case with leading public personalities like cine stars when they endorse a product / service, they should be in possession of the product / service and genuinely using them by themselves as they profess in ads. They should not misuse the trust reposed by millions of people that has made them popular and richer.

I am Eswaramurthi, bought a Land from JBJ city developers, in “INBA TAMIL NAGAR” chennai near ( thiruthani) and we gave 2 lacs . They have register the land with the value of 35000 and gave me post dated cheque for 2 lacs, and ask me to collect on aug 2010 . when I approach them they told, due to bad situation, we r unable to pay the amt now .Instead of that we will give the land and u agree for the new agreement and sign on it, u ll get the new post dated cheque .but we didnt sign in the aggreement and didnt get the new cheque . pls hlep us to collect the money its our 2 yrs earning. if any info u collect pls mail me to [protected]@gmail.com .

I stay in Annanagar, My neighbour (Chitra Karunanidhi-JBJ Agent) took me to site visit near Vengal (Periyapalayam). Luckily I hdn't invested it, God svaed me.

Christianity is a wonderful community but people hates persons like this. What a ashame for Christian community??? What a man he is??? Cheating with BIBLE words. I am suprised that people who had the ablility to earn / raise lacs of rupees ( upto 20 lacs mentioned in this forum ) did not have basic sense to question the story as to how, an individual can return the full payment made by them in 12 months and also give them the property in places like Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore etc... I am certain every individual who invested took the big risk of loosing their pant - According to me this is a game of Gambling and in the name of what ever, every individual knew he or she could loose their money. On every Horse race day, thousands of men gamble with their bread - can the deprived women go to the police, claim the money Husband lost on the horse. JBJ story is an old story, the MD has done nothing new, it is suprising to know he had such big following - I am sure new companies will spring up, they spring up because of the deep rooted desire of a man to become rich - and to become rich overnight -

Hi I am vimal from Bangalore. I was cheated by JBJ Builders for 5Lakhs. I came to know that JBJ builder wife is in hideout. I got an information from bangalore that she is stayingin Mount Road(Meeran Sahib Road) in chennai with her sister who is a partner in JBJ Builder. Her Name is USHA HariKumar. I will try digging her details and inform cops.pls help out the get more details guys lets help cops to trap them.

I have booked two plots near Tirutani (kodeswaran nagar ) and paid Rs 1 laksh & 30 thousands. Land registration has done by JBJ at Tirutani Registarar office and I was issued two cheques worth about 1 lakh and I have not yet deposited before that JBJ was arrested. I am ready to give complaints please send any updates to me.

You need to do 3 things Sir,

1. First file a 420 case in the local police station. Make sure to take the acknowledgment for the complaint.

2. Deposit the cheque and then after it bounces (it will for sure !), file a cheque bounce case (consult a lawyer for this)

3. Fight the 420 case with the help of a lawyer
