[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Complete Channels not coming Since 2 months

There were many channels removed from Basic Plan in Sundirect DTH I have made many times to the Sundirect toll free number but the issue not yet resolved, since 2 Months am not getting Many Basic package channels.. Since 2 months am making calls to the Sundirect Toll free number they are taking complaint that’s it but the issue not resolving Kindly Put a complaint on Sundirect DTH As I have lost many new things which needs to be seen..
Kindly put a complaint to resolve the issue.

Sun Direct — 2 channels are not appearing.

hello sir,
i have recharge sun direct at 6/10/2009 at chandkheda. recharge coupan is Rs.150. and activate the shina pack. but as shown in paper i can watch colors(chanel no.321) and zee tv(chanel no.322). but both chanels are not shown.
so please take dicision imidiately. thank you.

SUN DTH — TV CHANNELS NOT COMING

My smart card no is R[protected], set up box no -p[protected], problem is that there is not any chaneels are not working , infront of display error message- e48-32--no signal is coming, Pls. reply your feed back or close the matter @ earliest.

Sun Direct — not working since a month

SUN DIRECT SMART CARD NO : [protected]

I have got sun direct connection installed in the month of June.believe me, sine then , this connection did not work even for a week. in spite of repeated calls to those at the call centers , who not either answer the calls or do not know how to solve problems. Finally, after chasing the distributor for a week, he sent a technician to attend the problem. the technician with has informed that SUN direct satellite position has chnged and the antenna needs to be configured to the new position. he demanded Rs. 150 for doing that. Even though the web site claims that iit is supposed to be free of cost service. Since i did not have any alternative, i paid the money and he reconfigured the dish and it started working. WOW! i was so happy. next day morning, there was a slight drizzle and again my connection is gone. when i checked up with the mechanic , he says that i need to pay another 150 for service.

this is ridiculous. i request concerned people in SUN direct look at these problems and offer solution. Otherwise, their company would be doomed.
I also begged one SD technician here in Coimbatore and he demanded 100/-. I paid that amount since I had no other choice. Now, many channels are missing. Few channels are coming new. All radio channels are missing. What to do?

I am frustrated.

Sun Direct DTH — Some of basic channels are not come

Some of Basic channels are not come since 10 days and there is customer support on this since 3 to 4 calls

iMy smart card # is Q[protected]. I have recharged my subscription 10 days before. Also lodged a complaint for not availing channels. But no body has come and resolved the issue.
