I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

I' bought a Sonyericsson g900 mobile 3g in Delhi HotSpot Showroom Chandni Chowk2 fatehpuri january, 13 2010 late evening 6:00 'o''clock" . After few hours mobile screeen blinking automatically then auto off and hanging automatically 5.0MP camera not working properly and camera picture not clear accding to 5.0mega pixcel and after flashing picture ptotos not clear. where I work, the phone turned itself off. When I turned the unit back on it went in a loop of turning on, showing the SE logo, displaying the progress bar as if to complete the boot, and then turning itself off camera color menus and / or application slow and sometime hunding, no text or picture does no display properly. i would like to replace my handset G900. other wise i will be goto consume court & fire the case against sony ericsson company & hotspot chandni chowk fatehpuri.

note : replay for this letter within 2 days i will registed case in consumer court against sony ericsson & hotspot company .
symtom : camera colors menus and /or application is too slow and sometime hunging, no text or picture in display and camera picture not clear.

Dear Gentlemen,
I have purchased a k550i handset

Since 2 years day it starts to switch off intermittently, sometimes it shows emergency in place of service provider name and (May be it requires some software interface, I
have no confortable .my service provider is Airtel
i was also chek in service center (sony ericssen)& Airel arc center but no actuly proper problem know then?
and any service provider card is working but airtel card is no working iwas already tree time card purches same no but no work it.
so pls give me a resolution kindly,
i was very about this i was droped the mony my mobile...

Dear,
Myself Mukesh Sahu, i am using T700 of Sony Ericson, i purchased it 23/12/2008
i submited my mobile at service center bcoz of underbelow issue -
1. charging connector is not working
2. there is a problem in lcd (not in display bt one black line is appear
3. there is a problem of ear phone of mobile (voice is to low)

after some days when i called at service center then somebody told me that my cell was ok now so plz come and collect.

i went to service center on 2 nd of jan 2010 and took my cell but when i start my cell i got that -
1. charging connector is working but not properly, still error is pending
2. service man told me that lcd is not available right now so plz u can confirm after some days, we will adjust it
3. still ear phone is not working proper

i got shock to check these errors, then i went back to service center and asked about it that service man told me that don't worry sir, if u have any problem in a month then we will take it in warrenty now but for a month only. and also we dont have lcd now so keep wait n confirm after some days. he give me very clear answer which gave me proper satisfaction.

now i went back to them on 20 th of jan 2010 they tod me sir -
1. we can repair your handset but its chargele now
2. we did not remember that ur lcd had a problem during warrenty period but we believe upon you so we can make it possible for that lcd.
3. now we are not taking any responsbility for earphone problem, or charging connector.

moral is that..
they comitted wrong thing to us and because of brand name SONY we believe on them n their words
now they forget their words so who will responsible for that loss kindly revert back.
the way of talking is good .
but finally i can say i did not get service from sony ..
why..??

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased Sony Ericssion W200i approx 18months before and from that time only its having problem, either in keypad or software. it went to service centre also but regret to say that still it was mulfuntioning.
Yesterday I want trying to Download PCSuit for it from Official site of Sony Ericssion and in meanwhile it got switched off and now its not switching on. it seems its software is correpted and may be its IMEI no also deleted.
Really Sir, if investing so much money on a Branded Phone anyone purchase costly phone and it give pain only, it puts question mark on such brands.
Now tell me what can I do to make my phone alive again. and how much cost again i have to bear for this.

I have given the charges to Service center in Nungambakkam on 12.01.2010 till date I have not received back duly rectified. How can a mobile can use with out a charger for more then 15 days. i was repaired my phone sony ericsson K850i in sony ericsson authorized service center in Kottayam(Kerala). i just asked for detailed bill. but they refused to give. they told me that cant give me detailed bill. they just wrote in their bill book not in sony ericsson's printed bill as SP&SC 950rs. its illegal because its a reputed firm. i want that detailed bill contains the details of the spare parts about cost, what they done on my phone..
