I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

have purchase problem from Soni Ericsson name F305 Mobile in 20march 2009. It has occurred a minor complaint of connectivity with the rectification of 2nd complaint the display system is totally off on and netwok problem and automatic and bac battery bach only 12hr of the set. I submit the set in sony errision collection point this place is delhi in distict center first floor i dont no compalin no, in the name of Mr. rupesh kumar.In the complaint sheet under the head Problem Description the engineer has remarked DEAD SET. From 5th april.09 to there is no progress in this complaint. Several time I contact to delar delhi yadav elc but there is no positive response I have get till now from Soni Ericsson. From, my communication is totally disturbed due to soni ericsson. I have face problem in the set more than two time from the date of purchase of the set . If the set is declared not good woking proper auto lock sound system and not setting change sound qulity and battry back up not proper set and give the new set to customer. Now I just want to know from Soni Ericsson that what I will do.

I had Bought a sony J 132 on 9th May 2009, but afetr 1 week the ear speaker and microphone stop working, i went to the service center in Lucknow and they told me that that you have to leave the phone and u can collect the phone after 7- 10 days, but till now i have not received my phone and now they are saying that u will get it after 20 days, please help me as i dont have a phone and, i had bought the phone and after 1 week i fasesd a problem and from the past 15 days it is with the service center

i have purchase sony ericssion mobile in lucknow.my model number is Z555, after one month i am facing the problem with my set.i have aken my set to the sony ericssion service center in lucknow, i dont know what they have done to my set, after receiving the set same problem iam facing, then after 15days my my phones, motherbord get dead then again i gone to sevice center there after so many days they return my mobile with bad condition, i said to them that my set was not like that i have given to you but they did not agree, at that time only when i have checked my set my upper screen was damage by them and they said that it was like that only, they are such aa lier.well after many discussion they repair my set.but they change some of the parts of my set, after few days my handsfree and charging connector was not working now when i went to center they taken my set and they done soldring in that because of that my sets worrenty get refused.and still my set is not working.when i ask to them that after facing so many problems with this set why they can change my set but they refused to do that.they cheated me very badly as they change my set parts.in nokia sevice center they swap 'there cutomer set when there face this type of problem but in sony ericssion it s not like that.now i can't trust sony ericssion.so please tell me what should i do.

Hi,
Currently i am Sony Ericsson w350i mobile, i purchased in 2008 August.
i am facing problem with Key pad lock not working (2nd time)
Soft keys are not working (2nd time).
with in two months i am going to complete my warranty, Even today also my mobile with Service center people only. almost one and half month with them only.
Now what is the solution? If i face again the same problem?

I purchased Sony ericsson F305 phone from Panchkula(Haryana) on01/06/09 with one year warranty. But within 2 dayss i got speaker problem in my mobile(speaker & mcca).I approached the purchered shop on 04/06/09.They said due to software problem it happens. They are not at all willing to replace the phone.with in two days i facing the problem in phone, why usony will replace my phone i went to sony ericsson service centre in chandigarh. I have proper bill, warranty without any use. These kind of response and problems only encouraging the grey market. Then what is the different between the authorized shops and gray market.
I never expect such a worst, cheating response from Sony

i have submitted my W830i phone on 02-03-2009 (which was having a problem of LCD Display)in Chandigarh Service centre in Sec 40-D.their bad behaviour and bad service made me feel the worst experience with a private company.after 4 months of their beautiful service they have not returned my cellphone and now they say they don;t have it.they have transferred it to RT in somewhere in Sec 18.but when i went there they said they also don't have it.and my cell phone is lost.

THE GREATEST MISTAKE THAT I MADE IN MY LIFE IS TO OPT FOR Sony Ericsson K810i. The COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE. WHEN ONE LOGS IN TO THEIR SITE TO ACTIVATE THE FEATURES IT PROMPTS FOR ALL YOUR DETAILS LIKE YOUR NAME, EMAIL ID, CONTACT DETAILS ETC. I HAVE BEEN LODGING COMPLAINTS ONLINE BUT TILL DATE NONE RESPONDED. MY ISSUE IS THAT INTERNET IS NOT ACTIVATED. THE MANUAL CLAIMS OF THE INTERNET FEATURE BUT THE SETTINGS OPTION DOES NOT HAVE THE INTERNET FEATURE. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EACH TIME I GET AN AUTO REPLY WITH A NEW REFERENCE NUMBER. WHY ARE COMPANIES ALLOWED TO MARKET THEIR PRODUCTS? NEVER KNEW THAT SONY ERICSSON IS THE GREATEST MOBILE HANDSET CHEATS IN THE MARKET.

I had given my Sony Ericsson W580i for repairs and it has been a month now and my phone is still lying with them.I have written to Sony ericsson and they replied saying that they will look into the matter but absolutely nothing has been done.I have had to collect my unrepaired phone and even pay them ispection charge for the same.For a month they have been just inspecting my phone.I just want to bring to the notice of everyone that the after sale service of such a big company is way below par so think before buying a sony ericsson handset.
