hi sir, my name is santhoshkumar, salem(tamil nadu)..few days back i got an offer letter from G.C.I.ENTERPRISES(a unit of agriculture & rural development corporation of india)..they stated that i was selected for the post of Techhnical staff and i has to send a BANK DRAFT of rs 3450 in favour of G.C.I ENTERPRISES (payable at delhi) .last date of sending bankdraft is 28thh april 2010, rs 850 late fee within 10 days...in that offer letter they din mention there contact num, also i din send them my qualification proofs..
so plese kindly gve some infomations regarding this, can i apply or not
