I Had purchased a PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL from rediff shopping on 18 Dec 2007 and the amount debited from my credit card on 20 dec 2007, I was informed by rediffmail that my item is despatched details as follows
PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL CCD CAMCORDER Sandeep Vig (Big Baazaar) Aramex 875341756 27-12-2007 http://www.aramexindia.com Expected delivery: You should receive your order between 31 Dec, 2007 and 04 Jan, 2008.

But till todate i havenot received the item even after approaching rediff customer care they have not given any correct details, the courier detail given by rediff shpopping turned out to be invaild, indicating that i have been cheated by rediff shopping. Kindly help me to proceed legally against this web site, to retreive my money.

Dear Friends,

This is to bring to all your notice that never buy any items from REDIFF SHOPPING, they just take away your money and never deliver the products. I have ordered a Ladies Jewel Watch and my order no is 4959548. They emailed me that the product would be delivered within 9 days but till date i have not received it. I have sent many mails and none of them have been responded. The vendor's (MAYANK ELECTRONICS, HYDERABAD) ph no is also fake. Nobody picks up the phone.

I have been cheated by Rediff Shopping...like most of you. This is not done. We should all lodge a complaint against it in the consumer court.

I had puchsed a sports watch from rediff and found it defevtive and also a very ugly watch which i didnt made the order. After making a complain around one moth they ask me to give them the thing back and they were supposed to replace me with a correct one. I have already sent the product thruough ARAMEX courier service on 06/11/2008. But I didnt get any mail from them after asking repeatedly about my product.

Rediff shopping is the worst shopping site that I have seen. They are virtually careless about customers. On the other hand sify is excellent in this response. Rediff doesn't even provide customer care numbers. They have a form, no one responds to query posted through this form. Sad experience. I suggest online shoppers to be away from this site and not to use credit card on this site.

my name is chirag pistolwala and my order no. is 4811076. nearby 3 months ago, i have ordered three shirts worth rs 499/-. i received the order, but they delivered the wrong product instead of three shirts.
after sending them many complaints they replied me saying that courier that wrong product to the given address.
i courier that product at the given address, but the courier came back again saying that no one is available on this address.
i m suffering a lot.
500 rs cost a lot for my family..
i m from poor caste family and i m feeling very bad that i trusted internet shopping.
but there is not at all response from their side!!
please help me out...

NEVER USE REDIFF FOR SHOPPING OR U WILL BE ONE MORE VICTIM OF THIS TRULY MENTIONED BY SOMEONE "CHOR BAZAAR". i ordered for vacuum cleaner for which i paid a total of rs. 470/- cash on delevery but that machine is not working at all..i was so shocked ..damn big time chor these people are..i am taking pains to write this so that others don face this problem n let rediff mint money by fooling us.

There is no proper feed back as you have received money... enough you got money and hence you had sent poor / duplicate material...I called 3 times through my mobile to your land line no. but no proper feed back... I made a mistake to purchase REDIFF... I confirm that i will not RECOMMED ANY ONE TO PURCHASE IN REDIFF... What is the role of Quality Manager / Super visor... Are tney getting commission to deliver poor material instead good / quality material... NO FEED BACK.. If uneducated fellow how he is informing ????? PLEASE EXPEDITE.???? I ordered one flower basket from rediff via express delivery that need to be delivered by today morning, 01-01-2009 the money got deducted from my account but still it shows the delivery status as pending and account is subjected to bank clearance and i got mail from my bank that account has been debited for the respetive amount. I am not in india this is the second time they are doing that to me. I jst so irritated with its service that cant say next time even I have the only option as redifff I will calmly opt not to use the service.

Never buy any product from this site because i baught a sony camera on 7th Oct 2008 under warranty. their vendor Mahavir Computer provide me fake bill of any other firm without TIN and without product manufacturing number. As i asked for the same to rediff & vendor Mahavir Computers their is just excuse for not willing to send valid invoice. Hopefully they people sale gray market product or they evasion sale tax. Their deal is totally fake deal. Apart from these their customer service is very very poor. It's my request never deal with rediff.
