Non delivery/ no response
I Had purchased a PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL from rediff shopping on 18 Dec 2007 and the amount debited from my credit card on 20 dec 2007, I was informed by rediffmail that my item is despatched details as follows
PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL CCD CAMCORDER Sandeep Vig (Big Baazaar) Aramex 875341756 27-12-2007 http://www.aramexindia.com Expected delivery: You should receive your order between 31 Dec, 2007 and 04 Jan, 2008.
But till todate i havenot received the item even after approaching rediff customer care they have not given any correct details, the courier detail given by rediff shpopping turned out to be invaild, indicating that i have been cheated by rediff shopping. Kindly help me to proceed legally against this web site, to retreive my money.

| I have purchased a stylish chrono watch from rediff shopping.com on 6 july 2009. But i have not get the item till now. And the customer care is not replying to me properly what can i do...? I paid the money through debit card. So please dont buy anything from that site. |

Hi,
Its a big failure for rediffmail services that they donot have a 24 hr customer care support for rediffmail users. I have searched for around half an hour to just have the customer care number and tried dialling your headoffice number but could not reached to anyone. If rediffmail is giving such bad services then i suggest people to not use rediffmail for the important tasks. |
There seems to be a tacit understanding b/w Rediff and the Vendors involved for running this fraud.
Neither do they have the contact number of Rediff Customer Care nor of the vendor.
I ordered a Sony DIGICAM on 9th july and the order status still shows that the Dispatch is pending.
Several mails have aleady been send to Rediff but no respose till date. |

I ordered Drill machine and ToolKit from rediff shopping, but i received only an Drill machine, Tool kit is missing, when i raised this issue no responce from rediff guys.
I never expected such bad services from rediff shopping.

i had placed an order of 8 gb hidden spy cam, i am shocked to see that its not working, my order number is 5630214, when i called to help line of ojjas enterprises one mobile number is swtich off and second land line number is no reply its ringing. Its purely cheating with customers. i had paid amount of 1614.00 rupess at the time of delivery. so kindly take steps to delevier new working MP9 8GB HIDDEN SPY PEN DRIVE. Otherwise i will complaint in consumer court.

Well I did lots of shopping,
First I ordered pearl set, that I got in a week, I was happy.
Then I again ordered 2 more sets, One set that was changed in design arrived after 15 days and for second set I am in queue
and regarding fourth order Olay cream+cleanser the status showing dispatched, But no information/invalid info on courier site

| Absolutely agree. Rediff is the worst site to shop on. my orders have been consistently cancelled. I just don't get it why do they catalog products that they know are out of stock. and their refund process is excruciatingly slow and irritating. For everyone elses benefit, the customer care number as i got to know is 022-66042000... |

I shopped at RediffShopping on 19 of Nov'2009 . After few days they have informed your product will be dispatched in between 23 Nov to 27 Nov'2009. They have given BlueDart consignment number also but its NOT-VALID one. I paid Rs.1700 for the same. Please HELP me how to register complaint against RediffShopping.com

Rediff shopping is RIDICULOUS..I ordered cake and flowers to be sent for my sisters anniversary. It did not reach even the next day. On calling customer care, they say, u mark a mail to compaint deptt..but doesn't tell us the email id...how foolish????????????????

I have ordered electric sewing machine through rediffshopping and my order no is 5705356 and it was despatched through Blue Dart Courier Service, CBD, Belapur and I received the parcel on 17/12/2009 at 7:30 PM. But it was fake parcel and there was no Electric sewing machine inside and some unwanted papers rolled and bundled with a toy. But the courier people are telling they are not responsible and you may contact customer care rediff shopping.
It was supplied by DAL computers (India), 326, Aravali Apartment, Behind ASravali Market, Alaknanda Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019 and they have pasted the parcel out side it contais Electric sewing machine : Original model of electric big sewing machine with free pedel with warantty with free surprise gift.

I had purchased alarm clock from 'AMS Exporters' seller on 5th Jan 2010. I got dispatch and delivery confirmation mails from rediff shopping but didn't received any delivery on mentioned address actually. The TNT consignment no. mentioned on order details page is incorrect and referring to some other product purchased by someone else in Aug 2009!
This is third day since I have contacted rediff support and seller on their respective emails without any response from both of them.
I searched for rediff telephone helpline on theer site but was surprised to find its not mentioned any where. Seller is also not responding to phone calls on specified numbers.
This site is absolutely unreliable and I have already lost trust with them with no hope of getting money back or item delivered.
Absolutely third class service.
