4xp — Closing of account

I have been filing withdrawals for over four months now, the last one filed on Feb 25th was finally accepted after which it wasn't processed for over two weeks.
Finally about two weeks back on March 12th the withdrawal money was taken out from my meta trader account and I was told it would take about 72 hours for me to get back my money.
Its been almost 11 days now and the amount still hasn't been credited to my bank account.

On top of it my account manager, Mr. Manish Muluvera, PreSales officer, has been an extremely displeasure to be dealing with. Throught the withdrawal process he hasn't been helpful at all. He isn't capable to working in a professional environment and his non-competitiveness has been nothing short of a mental harassment, he does not respond to calls or updates me on any problems the withdrawal might have. His whole team makes excuses like he isn't in office and is on leave to cover up of him.
This doesn't speak very highly of your organisation, and I am going to make it a personal mission from now on wards to give you guys as much of bad publicity as I possibly can.
Also please note that this mail would be my penultimate resort of getting my money back, and if your company fails to do so, I will soon be filing a complaint against your company in a consumer court for fraud.
