[Resolved] FLY /Mobile — Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center | |
I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly 2080) of company 'FLY' on date 18 August 2007 from RPG Cellucom sec-61, Shopprix mall Noida. On date 4th Apr 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' of FLY company on date 09 Apr 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are scretches on panels and loose panel and also have display problem.They kept my mobile for 2 months and finally i bring back my cell without any service. I have Fly DS-410 ... the major problem is that it switches off often... and whenever i try to charge it says ""LOW BATTERY SHUTDOWN"" and switches off... if the company doesn't take any steps to resolve these problems... then im sure that i will file a case regarding the fraudulent activities...

Maine ye set Kanpur me 1.12.2007 me 5350 Rs.ka Flap liya tha. But ab ye set hang krta hai aur sim insert hone ke bavjood insert sim batane lagta hai kabhi kabhi apne aap switch off ho jata hai, aur phone disconnect bhi nhi hota aap plz iska service center bata de ki kahan pr hai Kanpur me.

Be carefull while giving your handset to Service center in Pune.
I have given my B700 Dual SIM handset and when I got my phone back the IMEI no is changed. One number is valid and other is invalid. Hence service to invalid IMEI number will be blocked as per government law. If you need to change the IMEI number or register the IMEI number then you need to pay Rs 199.00.
