[Resolved]  SOTC India — Horrible services

Guys dont belive wat other says belive in your self, To be honest i travelled with SOTC for Europe tour 2009, it was fabulous tour, fantastic arrangement, Indian food, woww wat more u can expect,
Just travel once & feel the service, Dont Come to conclusion simply!!

I did plan Europe with SOTC this year but I am glad it didn't materialise. Now after seeing these comments I have decided not to approach them. I had been to their office in Dubai once & was not impressed at all. There was general lack of professionalism. The behaviour of the staff was like you are need not us.

I had a totally different experience than you all had. I had been with SOTC to their Fareast tour. The tour Managers were excellent guides. Since it was a group tour it was hectic, but this was informed to us before departure.

I agreed with you Annie, I was surprised to see this complain… my family has travelled with S.O.T.C six times and I haven’t come across any such incident… we all enjoyed the tour. The most memorable tour was the USA and EUROPE. Most of the places S.O.T.C customers have been given preference. I have seen other tour companies customers are waiting for their turn after S.O.T.C customers. i think some one is creating this complaint to spoil a reputed company

sotc take a hike, i was thinking of going for 19 day tour to usa;now NO WAY.

City Safari — Awful service

Readers from Bangalore - Please avoid taking City safari taxi services.
They have deteriorated thier service quality to abysmall levels. I have had several bad experiences but I put them off thinking they are driver specific. The bad service and rude behaviour by the driver of the cab is in fact the culture that they follow.

Just dial unfortunately is not aware of the idiotic service city safari provideds and therefore perhaps would recommend you to contact them first. To avoid being upset at the rash driving/ill-manners of the uneducated scum o[censored]sually drivers these cabs, avaoid city safari by all means.

I took Europe tour from Abu Dhabi through Bin Ham Travel & believe me it was fantastic & very well arranged through out. It is difficult to believe above quotes

I booked my Europe trip with SOTC.
I got my tickets, visas and everything and just 10 days before the trip SOTC cancelled it's trip and they won't even refund me.
So my $1500 went down the drain. If you are reading this, never ever book your trip with SOTC unless you like to waste your money.
