hi sir, I am Kannadasan, my eZ-pay card no [protected].As on 07/09/09 I used one of your ATM at Vellore.When i had asked for money from ATM the system showed " SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" I went to second ATM where i asked Rs:7,300, But i did not receive the amount as well as the receipt.When i tried to take Rs:500, I received the amount with the statement.But the amount which i tried at the begining Rs:7,300 was been debited,but i did not get the money.Please do the need full as soon as possible. thanking you. with regards

I have also received the acknowlegement from PF Khandivali Office. Kindly check on the status of my application and process the same at the earliest.

I, Imran Nazir Sayed, had confirmed at the EPF Office (kandivali) that the cheque towards my provident fund amount had been released and thagt the amount would be credited to my salary a/c between the 10th and 15th of nov'09. However when confirmed with the bank, the cheques have not been received at the branch (vashi branch). No one answers the phone and for me to travel from Koparkhairane to Kandivali is very very difficult. Pls i request you to kindly help me with the right/exact status of the same.
