[Resolved]  Rediff — password hack by some one

some body has changed my password .i also forget the hint question answers how can i retrive the same id

For the last few years I was using and email ID [protected]@rediffmail.com. I have been using a password for the last few years. Today 30th January 09, somebody one has chanaged my pass word. How can I open my box.

My rediffmail id's password has been changed by some other person.please help me get that back with old password and please do correspondence with my gmail account the id was [protected]@rediffmail.com

Every one even i lost password. Rediff is worst. Please follow this guideline from rediff itself http://www.rediff.com/search/2001/sep/08pass.htm.

gurpreet your hint question is what is my fav color and answer is very easy as long as it is not one of the real colors ;)
same with you dayanandanmk as long as your answer is not true to your hint question. it is very easy to hack into your email. Just go to Rediff and use forgot password facility and bang your answers are tooooooo easy to guess. have happy and safe surfing now change your hint questions and other personal details guys. I am just amateur in this field

Today I am not able to sign into rediff mail. It was working fine till yesterday; but suddenly started seeing this issue. I always get the error: "We are unable to sign you in; please try after some time. [E102]"..

I do not have alternate email id mentioned at the time of creation of mail id (mitava_vc)

Even forgot passward option is not supporting showing that attempts are exhausted.

Please do something so that I can access my mails

Someone has hacked my password and my retreiving atempts also now exhausted.. what should I do to open again my Email ID.. please revert me back on my Alternate Email ID - [protected]@yahoo.co.in

i forgot my password of previous mail [protected]@rediffmail.com which i was using 6 years back, now that i don't remember the hint answers, alternate email address .. can you please help me in this regard. I sincerely request you to please recover the password for me.

Number of attempts to retrieve password in exhausted.
Someone hacked my password and I cannot login.
Please restore/recover/reset my password and send it to [protected]@gmail.com
