This is Bhavan Gyan living in Indira Nagar Bangalore and working as a sales manager in HONDA Showroom in Shivaji nagar Bangalore. Dear SM Signature Horamavu is a builder who is not constructing the building for living these building is only for fooling the people. I was purchased a 2 BHK Flat with this Builder in 2008. In booking time they was promised so many amenities, they were told about the quality of work, Now I am living in flat which I was bought from SM Signature Horamavu. None of the building is constructed for living the people, without quality wood, water leakage in each flat of building, none of the wall are there in building without cracks. For this type of quality I have paid 28.5 lacks which was saving of my 42 year life. Now nobody are thinking to purchases the flat from SM Signature Horamavu.
