[Resolved]  A.Jamal — About recharging

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is A. Jamaludeen, from trichy. Due to some work, I came to Hydreabad, AP. When my balance is over I purchased the Aircel card and try to recharge it. But, I received Incorrect security code message and I tried for three time then unfortunately my refilling is barred. [Really, I don't know that tamil nadu custormer cant recharge themself from other state recharge card]I tried to contact to tamil nadu customer care, but due to no balance I am not able to conduct. Then I phoned to my friend who is in tamil nadu and asked him to convey my problem to the customer care office in trichy. He replied me that, the problem can be solved only I reported this things in person. Now you replied that, now I am in Hydreabad and I am not receiving the calls either recharge my balance. Give the solutions for this as soon as possible. Then one important thing is, I am customer of Aircel from the past Seven years. If any Aircel customer come out form tamil nadu to other state, you can collect the roming charge for the receiving and dialling, why you applying the charges for roming charges to call the customer care [AFTER ALL THIS IS NOT A BUSSINESS OR COMMERICIAL CALL]. I am totally suprised and shocked that roming charges are also applicable for the customer care calls. Customer used this call to solve the problem but if you collect romaing charges for the cutomer call then there is no meaing of custormer call. For example, if some one struck the problem like this how can he/she can solve the problem and we are forced to missed so many important bussiness calls. I am not able to say any more that. Give the solution for this.
