Hi all,

I'm Vijay Kumar ex-employee of AADARA Technologies. and my complain is regarding my pending salary. I left AADARA Technologies 2 months back means on 15th march 2012. Its 2 months over but aadara Technologies people are not giving my pending salary. AADARA HR people are playing with us like me there are so many ex-employees are there who dint get pending salary.

Ya you are correct man.
Even they are not giving the salary to working employee also. And if any one ask to leave after completion of 1 year then they are not giving the relieving letter also.
They are telling that first finish the project which is demo project only. Do you know why?
Because if any one will leave then they have to return back the 1 lakh deposit money.

I'm Monu Sharma ex-employee of AADARA Technologies. and my complain is regarding my pending salary. I agree with Vijay Kumar, he is telling truth, I left AADARA Technologies 2 months back means on 2nd April 2012. I send many mails regarding my pending salary but Aadara People don't sending any clarification regarding my mails. AADARA Technologies people (HR, CEO, Manager and Financial Department) playing with us.
