[Resolved]  Aavin Milk Coimbatore — misbehaviour of booth agent

I am residing in meena estate area of coimbatore and getting card milk from booth no 362.The owner of the booth Mrs Mallika and her husband who takes care of home deliveries donot have any respect for the customers.
She had quarreled with me in two occasions, just for asking the approximate time of arrival of milk and giving torn milk pockets. She replied in crude manner ,if you want to buy ,you have to adjust with such things,………Otherwise donot buy.
Sometimes I am given 12 liter instead of 1 liter milk ,where she gives excuse of non availability. But nothing make them hesistant to ask for Diwali/Pongal bonuses.
Is this co op society is for peoples welfare or for some rude&rough agents,who become dictators in their own areas?
I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action to ensure proper behaviour of their agents to customers.
