[Resolved]  Accel Frontline Ltd — Issue not resolved properly in ACCEL Frontline Ltd @ Greams Road chennai

Hi Team, This is dinesh from chennai. I gave my Sony Ericcson MT11i to the service center Accel Frontline Ltd Thiru Building, Ground Floor, 160 Greams road, Tamilnadu, Chennai. for the "EAR PHONE PROBLEM" (not able to hear receivers's voice in my phone) on 20-AUG-2013. Ticket ID is : [protected] Job No : W[protected] Mr.Jaiprakash had taken the service on my mobile and he did some changes. For this service he told me that he changed the "EAR Kit" component and he charged Rs.800 for this. But I refused to pay Rs.800 for this service, because I noticed that he didn't change any component in my Mobile. So finally he asked Rs.300 and I give the same to him. He didn't given the bill for me. On the same day while i using my mobile the display gets automatically off, but the mobiles remains switched on. I can get incoming calls, but i can't able to see any thing on the display. I can hear voice only. Note : Before I gave it to service center I didn't face this DISPLAY issue. So on the next day 21-AUG-2013 I again went to the service center and told the complaint. They again asked me to log a ticket and I reopened the same ticket ([protected]) At this moment Mr.Jaiprakash told me that this is S/W complaint I will re-install the OS and u can collect the same after 2 hours. I too cam after 2 hours and checked, but still the same display problem exists. Again I gave it them and asked them to resolve the issue permanently. Today I called them @ [protected] to check the status of this ticket. They told me that the problem is solved and asked me to collect. I went to the service center and checked my mobile by paying Rs.170 for S/W upgrdation. But still I have the same issue. Now they said that this is BATTERY issue, you can change the battery and use. I said OK and if after the replacement of battery if I get the same problem means what can I do? For this they said that there is no permanent solution for this. You have to keep like this way or else we have to change the "Mother Board". Can you please take necessary action on this. I would like to get back my phone.
