Buffalo helpline is associated with ACCEL FRONTLINE in india to handle product replacements and repairs. Buffalo in US when contacted says that indian department is independent of the US and we can't do anything to help you. Accel Frontline has promised replacement once the product arrives. which feels like never. its been 2 months. when I spoke to the helpline last and asked them to let me have a word with their superior. They bluntly refused saying they are in a meeting. I also asked them for a complaint no. where I can share my thoughts. NONE existed. I don't know any complain no but i am willing to spend some money on consumer court rather than taking their fraud, it doesn't look like they will ever respond to any complaints.
