[Resolved] Accenture — Airtel data card - Issue Resolved | |
Hi Team
Its a long story to say about the problem i am facing , But i would like to explain briefly
I have taken Airtel Data Card long back.
i have complained so many times regards the poor signal and service no one respond, then Knowingly i have stopped the payment for 2 months later , then the data card was deactivated temporarily then also the bill is generating in every cycle. in the month of July someone from Mumbai called me and he ask me to Pay some amount and we are deactivating the current data card permanently ( i said OK and paid the mentioned amount) , after a long time about the 3 months some other executive/legal department calling and saying that u need to pay the remaining outstanding otherwise have to pay the amount of 40k .
i am not able to understand the situation and to whom i need to contact .
i feel like taking of the Airtel Data card to disgracing my own reputation with extra package of poor service and the bad signal .
Note: i feel The outstanding showing is nothing but the bill generated after the data card is deactivated .
AS a big company [Airtel] how it is possible. i never face this type of issue in any other data cards or Phone cards
Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP
