Acer 5536g — graphics display problem | |||
I have bought a acer laptop 2 years back(approx.) and now i am facing with a problem that my laptop graphics display is malfunctioning and when i reported to acer center in Ludhiana they told me that they will be replacing my motherboard but they said that the part is currently unavailable and they show no significant response from their side. I am being suffering with this problem from 2 months back i am totally fed up with service of acer laptops. I request the authorities that they should resolve my problem as soon as faster so that my faith in acer remains the same as it was earlier. Acer 5536G — company loaded Windows 7 not working properly
Just Opened sealed pack my laptop ACER 5536G...I am trying to make recovery CD...but unable to do that because of window 7..Company doesn't have any information of Window 7 in my laptop..poor
database..
Laptop demands my hard drive on factory default settings to make a recovery CD....
I have encountered this issue second time... i guess ACER is loosing brand value due to poor customer service...

Acer — display problem
This mail is regarding my laptop acer travel mate 5730 which is being purchased on[protected] and after just 65 odd days has given to your service centre digital solutions on[protected] at 12:05 pm at lajpatnagar Delhi case ref no:[protected], for the fault of LCD screen which goes white on boot up and sometimes in between vice a verse. the problem was not major and they have confirmed me to give back my laptop within 4 to 5 days. But till date after 12 days the problem is still not being solved, while asking for reply for problem they have ( service centre staff )replied me saying that we are not having LCD screen for the particular model and we can't able to do without that, and also when asking that when they will be delivering to me, they have replied that it may take 10 to 15 days more. while arguing for this matter for complaint or action, they have also told that we are not responsible for anything, we are just service station and we are not having any concern with acer company and you can contact acer customer deptt. for that. after this issue i have contacted customer care deptt on[protected] at 17:50 pm they have replied me with that they are processing this request as urgent and on top priority basis. Hoping that it may gets faster. But still date i have not got ted any clear reply. As a good acer customer this is my worst ever experience and wastage of my time and the problems i am facing without my laptop. I think i may never suggest any one to take your product regarding the services your company is offering. waiting for your reply with problem solved. else it affects your company reputation in legal actions or so...MUKESH SANGHVI
