Acer — battery problem

i have purchased a laptop in the month of august and before 5-6 days i have getting the problem of battery , it was not charging more than 73%

m Rishikesh Mishra from Madurai (T.N.).last year 26/03/20 i was purchased Acer Laptop (model aspire 4740) Sr. No.- LXPMJ0C[protected]. Now i m facing the problem regarding laptop battery . i did complain also to acer customer care, they asked Sr.No.. i gave Sr.No. bur they are telling this is invalid Sr. No. even though i sent a pic of Sr. No. but they are not doing thing to solve my problem.

I have laptop of acer company model aspire4736z. The battery backup is only 5 min remaining. But it is only 1 year old. I told to retailer from where i purchase it after the 6 month of purchase ,the retailer say battery is not easy available in market and they not try to find another sources. Now the warranty of laptop battery is expired. Now what i do?

Above details of my laptop. When i switch on my laptop without charger it does not start but when i switch on laptop through chrger then it does start. so I think there is problem of laptop battery.
Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.
