Acer Laptop 5742 — complaint not resolved for more than 1 year

I have purchased a LAPTOP ACER brand from EBAY.IN in Dec 2010,from the day one I have problem with my display goes dim,I have complained many times and ultimately it was attended in Dec2011.It was working fine for few days then again got complaint ,when I reported to them by mail they simply refused to attend stating that my laptop is out of warranty.My question is the laptop having quality issue(manufacturing problem or defect) that they did solve temporary,now since it is warranty period is over they demanding for money.I want to get my laptop replaced or rectified since it is manufacturing problem.Please help me Ravichandran [protected]
