Acer / Laptop (Aspire 4730z) — Entitled gift not received.

Sir,
I brought an ACER laptop model no ASPIRE 4730Z on the 26th of December 2008, i was supposed to send a draft of Rs 1, 250 along with the required documents to receive an offer of a Nikon Digital Camera, which i did on the 10th of January 2009.I received the conformation of its receit.
The turnaround time for this process was 45 days but it has been more that 95 days and i have not received it till now.I have complained numerous times but to no avail.
