[Resolved]  Acer Laptop — services

i have purchased a laptop before 8 ..10 months ago from acer company . and within a year my laptop lcd gpt some problem and i had submitrd my laptop in acer service center ahmedabad but till today i didn' t got my laptop back 15 days are over and i am not getting any satisfactory answer from acer support center or their service center . i am astudent of software and all my study related data are in my lapi and from 1 jan my exams are getting started but thay are not responding me. what should i have to do please can anybody suggest me

i am vipin from pune.i am a student of indira inst. pune.we have been provided with the acer laptop from the inst.last month my laptop suddenly shut off.so i put in it for service at the acer service center kothrud, pune.i submitted my laptop on 30.07.08 & today it has been more than a month & 20 days.but there hasn't been any respond from there side.whenever i call them they just give me a new date.i am feeling cheated kindly help me.my model no. is travelmate 2424 & my job card no. is 2694.

It took over two weeks for there technical engineer to detect there is some problem with my MOTHER BOARD and not the KEY BOARD.To my dismay i cnnt say anything to them as they are not getting proper feedback from there head office.
whosoever concerned kindly help...

I have just purchase a new ACER Laptop Aspire 4720Z... The notebook worked fine for a month, then .the DVD Drive stopped working. A week later the battery showed signs of getting discharged immediately. Took the notebook to the service center in Andheri (Mumbai) where they replaced the DVD Writer. For the battery I was told I have to download some applications and then the battery would work fine. It's been 3 weeks already I have downloaded the application, but the problem still persists. When i contacted the helpline number, they said, someone will get back to me in a week's time. It's more than than 2 weeks now and there is no sign of that phone call.

The service centre says they cannot touch the laptop until they get instructions from the service center.

Now being a customer, I would like to know... HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO SOLVE A COMPLAINT. If this is the pace at which Acer is operating, I am sure you will go down in history for the slowest customer support provider... !!

I have problem with my sound device when I open my computer for an hour he sound device is not working but when I restart my computer it work again for an hour
My laptop battery back up is so poor pl support in resolution of the problem
after a few days this problem arises not regularly..when the laptop is switchd off and then switchd on again a kind off a noise or a kind off a music is played out of the laptop..kindly help outwith this problem so as to avoid it in future again..
my laptop video quality is poor while playing movie or songs

I have a very bad experience of ACer products. And I will recommend all who wants to go for ACER should think twice before purchasing ACER products. I bought ACER ASPIRE laptop from Spain thinking that it will be world leader in Laptop. But within 6 months from purchase it started giving problems.
Later i have given it to ACER showroom in Pune which is on Karve Road. But they failed to repair it and returned it by saying missing parts.I am damn sure that if there is any part missing then that would have been from ACER Showrrom and also may be they have replaced it. We can not believe in ACER any more.
Wvwn i tried to contact their bangalore office but they did not pay attention.It looks like they just want to cheat its customers and nothing else...

Am also having the same complaint. It has been 4 months now and i haven't received my gift still(canon laser Printer) I have sent a DD with my product cover. Are they trying to making us fool?

i have problem with my screen (LCD)

after a long and continued working for around 6-7 hours...LCD starts blinking...
