[Resolved]  ACS — receiving misleading messages from unknown number

I have been recieving message from a number ([protected]) for the past 1 month.The content of these messges are quite misguiding.I dont want any such messages to be recieved.I have contacted the customer care about the same but i was not satisfied with their response.In that case Can you please block this number or if this cannot be done,then i would like to disconnect my number.

And send me confirmation for this request on an early basis.

ACS — TT allotted my birth seat to others

Dear Sir,

i was travelling from tirupati to Bangalore with my family on 19th of Nov and my Train # was 7210 in early morning which was reserved by me. when i got in to train and found that my reversed births was allotted to sombody by TT, i requested passenger to live my birth, but they started behaving rashly and rougly words and did not allow to occupy my seat. later i called TT and asked that my seats are occupied by somebody . TT asked us to wait for half an hour for providing another birth. TT provided different births from S9 to S3 after 1 hour. i asked TT how can you allot my birth to others. TT did not reply any thing and went silently.


I would sincerly request to authority to take action on the TT and would not repeat again.

This would seriously impact passenger Inconvenience during Travel.

Your earliest reply in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Dear Respected sir,

My name is prasanna kumar staying in Gayathrinagar 14th cross, door no.3008 IST FLOOR bangalore

Facing problem with water supply past from 3 months. Hope this problem will be solved because i am esclating this issue to you.

there is no problem getting water in ground floor, as we are staying in IST floor we dont get water, may be because of there is no sufficient force.

I request you to kindly look in to this and do needfull ASAP.

without proper verification- declain notice been sent- i have provided all the documents required as per the bank requirement - becasue of the wrong verifcation my personal loan application been declined...i have been having the account in axis bank from last 4 year - even earlier i have taken a loan of 100K - and i have almost completed the tenure...[kormangal branch /bangalore]

ACS — Vodafone worst service in entire telecom

Hi,
Iam kartik from bangalore an coustomer of vodafone, My number is [protected] and i have beenusing this number from past 3 years and the complain i made 1st time that means back 3 years still its same problem. My issue was with the network. After 6pm in the evening iam not able to make calls from location K.R.Puram. It gives me error "network busy". I made several complains regarding the same issue but no one has worked on it till now. and the agent's of vodafone are really worst. They dont know how to work and their trainers have forgot to teach their agents how to speek and respect to the user. I was so mentally pressurized by these people but they have never taken care of that. And top of that their supervisors are the same. thats the reason agents also speek the same as their supervisor. No respect at all for users.
One day i was speeking to the supervisor and i told i really dont like the service provided by you and you dont work on complains so supervisor said to me "Sir please through the Sim". This is the way they speek. the agents disconnect the call and keep such long hold that call get automatically disconnect.
And if call more than 3 times they stop the coustomer care service for that number and we have to wait for 20days to get reactivate. What a foolishness .
There are many things and every one faces the same problem but no one is thier to look after these kind of issue. People will keep writting and they will only keep in their record thats it. All all same whether it is a Government or private. Every company knows how to earn money but what to provide service to the coustomer is not important.
I dont know what will happen or who will take care of this issue but this show the position of our country.
Becoz no one is ready to take responsibilty thats the reason every thing is still the same and can never be improved.

ACS — Extra Packages have been charged

Vodafone has charged extra amount for Extra Packages which have been activated with out my knowledge / notification...I will not pay single paisa until they reversal the extra amount. They cannot cheat the customer's like the way they have done with me...THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE. :(

i need full clarification on my account with appropriate manager to resolve this problem.
