ACT Fibernet — Irresponsible beam team to give new connection/ too much delay in issuing new connection | |||
HI All, We had pathetic and tragedy experience with Beam cable staff in Hyderabad at Venkatagiri, Jubilee Hills area to take new connection. We applied beamfibre connection for home on 11th june, 2011. The sale person Mr. Susheel assured that connection will be given within 48 hours. We called him so many times after the given time. But he didn`t respond and not even picking call. After that we thought of calling customer care @[protected] on 13/6/11 to escalate this issue. But there also irresponsible response from customer care executive saying that it would given within 24hours and logged a complaint number # 2350689, but no response for this ticket. Again we called and faced same story of 24 hours and logged another ticket # 2357283 on 14/6/11. Not even they respond this ticket. Again we logged another complaint ticket # 2340053 on 15/6/11. We spoke to Jubilee hills manager Mr. Azer on 13/6/11 over phone, he said connection will be issue by 14th june, but no response from him. Finally we came to know that to meet office directly at Srinagar colony office. We met Manager Shiva Kumar. We shocked with his response, he said that he can`t give new connection as they don`t have money to purchase new fiber setup-box. He asked me to wait for another 8 working days.
